“Out of love for cinema”. Film music concert

A beautiful ending to the 18th Millenium Docs Against Gravity. The concert’s opening title will be “Goldeneye”, a hair-rising performance by Katarzyna Emose Uhunmwangho. It will be followed by “Blue Velvet”, as interpreted by Justyna Szafran, “Django” revisited by Artur Caturian or a captivating version of “Singing in the rain” by Tomasz Leszczyński.
Artists of the Capitol Musical Theatre will be accompanied on stage by Rafał Karasiewicz (piano), Jakub Olejnik (double bass) and Tomasz Leszczyński, on guitar and drums. We will hear new takes on various classics from movies like “The Secret of Ana”, “Evita”, “Django”, “Dirty Dancing”, “Mermaids”, “Pretty Woman”, or “Batman”. The one-and-only Marek Kocot will grace us with a series of anecdotes to complement the evening.
