Greta Thunberg has become the icon of the struggle as well as the aim of the attacks by the climate change deniers and a part of the political class, which does not want to start a proper fight against climate changes. However, it’s unexpectedly turned out that it’s harder to silence a 15-year old than many university professors or experienced activists As the inhabitants of Pomerania, a region which, due to its situation, is particularly prone to extreme weather, like intense precipitation, gusty winds, thunderstorms, storms and flood, we should be particularly grateful for Gretta Thunberg’s determination. This is why it is crucial to monitor the environment, counteract its degradation and pursue the so-called climate neutrality. Together with our guests, we will talk about whether we have been fulfilling these tasks and if we have a chance to become the Polish leader of green energy production as well as eco-effective technologies. What can we, as the inhabitants, do every day, to escape the climate catastrophe? Can mass protests change the world, if there are giant corporations and political interests on the other side?
