The flms focuses, among other themes, on the love story of Alvar Alto and Aino, his wife and muse, a fellow architect. We learn the secrets of the pair's creativity and the impact it has had around the world. Experts' voices and unique archival footage paint a multidimensional portrait of artists and their passion for architecture.
After the screening, Ryszard Nakonieczny, Ph.D. will talk about the protagonists and how their relationship influenced both contemporary architecture and the art of design.
