Sometimes it’s not that easy to cope with your own anger or sadness. These difficult emotions can occasionally become strong enough to incapacitate. How do other people deal with them? Do they have any helpful strategies? The stories of the protagonists of these films will show you their problems and what helps with them.
The discussion after the screenings will be moderated by an educator.
